In this meeting of the GOYN Data & Tech Community of Practice held on 14 December 2023, the team from GOYN Barranquilla showcases their method of integrating quantitative and qualitative data to develop network maps, revealing systemic barriers and opportunities within OY ecosystems. Utilizing tools from a graphic designer and methodologies from the Omidyar Group, GOYN Barranquilla identified four critical areas for intervention. This process not only aided in the formulation of their theory of change but also in devising effective strategies for meaningful systemic change. Tools like Kumu will be used to track the network map changes and illustrate the systemic change of the program interventions.
